What are we looking for?

• • Graduate in Business Administration and Management, Higher Level Training Cycle in Management or IT.

• • Knowledge of ERPs, especially of Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

• • High intermediate level of English.

• • Verifiable experience of dealing with customers.

• • Ability to solve problems.

• • Communications skills, both verbal and written.

• • Ability to work as a team.

What will your responsibilities be?

• • Consultancy functions and implementation of the new Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central business management solution.

• • Acquire a working knowledge of Dynamics NAV.

• • Give support to our customers, resolve their incidents and carry out monitoring.

• • Give training to customers.

• • Analyse problems and give specific accurate solutions so that our customers get the most out of their ERP.
