27 Sep The future of Dynamics 365 Business Central, in Directions EMEA 2019
Dynamics 365 Business Central was born with the commitment to present two new annual versions. The two presentations coincide with the events organized by Microsoft known as Directions US (for the April-May launch) and Directions EMEA (for the October launch). Precisely this last congress will take place in Vienna from October 9 to 11, and Microsoft has already advanced some of the novelties that we can see first hand.
Through the official Twitter account of the product, some of the novelties of improved productivity for users have already been presented, such as for example, filter lists by multiple values. This reduces the time users spend working their data through filters until they find the desired information.
Or, another example, the possibility of marking pages as favorites so that they have their access directly in the work area.
And for users who work with more than one company in the database, a visual indicator of color in the upper right to quickly find out which company is working at all times.
For the #MSDyn365BC release wave 2 ’19 update, we made the database insights available in the AL language, so that you can query database insights programmatically as well. For more information: https://t.co/1ckqUZaFTW

Apart from productivity improvements such as the three mentioned, what Triangle expects to discover at the event is how the Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Internet of Things (IoT) has been introduced in this new release . We also intuit that there are significant functional improvements that Microsoft is expected to unveil until the keynote of the congress.
To not miss any of the news, one more year, the Triangle team will be in Vienna to make the most of this event. In addition, we will have the opportunity to exchange experiences with other European partners, which will surely be very enriching.
